2018 State Association Meeting, Courtyard Marriott - Columbus, MS

We’re excited to invite you to join us in Columbus, MS for our annual state meeting April 19-21!  As we meet for our state business meeting, our state Women Active for Christ meeting, and our State Youth Conference, there’s sure to be something for everyone in your church and in your family.  The hotel is located just steps away from many dining, shopping, and entertainment options such as the Logan’s Steakhouse located in the parking lot of the hotel and Cracker Barrel located at the entrance to the complex!

Our location for the state meeting is the Courtyard by Marriott in Columbus.  Conveniently located off of Highway 82 at the 18th street exit this hotel offers comfortable and relaxing rooms, beautiful meeting space, and a spacious lobby for getting reacquainted with old friends.  Each room is equipped with plush Marriott bedding, HDTV, free wifi, a microwave and mini-refrigerator.  These rooms are specially priced for our conference at $99 per night.  Also available are The Fairfield Inn and Suites (located across the parking lot) for $99 per night.

The program begins bright and early Thursday morning at 9am as we welcome Attorney David C. Gibbs III for our preaching conference (See bio below).

On Friday afternoon, we will welcome in children, teens, and youth groups across the state for the MS Youth Conference.  The competition will begin at 6pm that evening.  After Friday’s competition, we will host the state youth conference with exciting teen and children’s rallies going on at the same time.  We want to encourage our churches to attend and bring their students even if they are not competing.  After the rally the CE board has activities planned at the local event center.  Our conference will conclude on Saturday morning with competition and a final worship service at 11am.
